What is the admission cost?
Ages 0-2: $7.95 + tax
Ages 3 & up: $11.95 + tax
Adults: Free

Do you require a signed waiver upon entry?
Yes, we do require an adult or legal guardian (over 18 years old) to sign our Waiver Release for each child that will be playing that day. You can electronically review and sign the waiver before you enter for each new visit. Click here to sign our Waiver Release

Do you have gift certificates available?

How much are your party room rentals?
Costs vary depending on how many kids will be attending the party.  Pricing for our party room rentals can be found here.

How early should we arrive to our party?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your party.

How late can we stay after our party?
The party rooms are booked for 2 hours.  You are welcome to stay and play in the main playground area for as long as you would like afterwards.

How many party rooms do you have?
We have 3 party rooms, each with a different outdoor theme.  They can be booked for 2 hours and the party times are 10am, 1pm and 4pm.  (Sundays we open at 1pm, so only 1pm and 4pm options are available that day, unless a private party is booked.)

How do I book a party room? Is there a deposit required?
To reserve a party room for a special event or birthday party, please call or email us.  A $50 (+ tax) nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time.  The $50 deposit is taken off of the total party package cost at the time of payment.

What do you provide with the party room rentals?
To make it as easy as possible for you, we provide plates, cups, napkins, utensils, drinks, and food.  Food options include Chick-fil-A (additional cost) or Famulari’s pizza. For additional details please visit here.

Can we bring cake or cupcakes for party room rentals?
Yes.  When booking a party room, you can bring either cake or cupcakes.  However, no ice cream or ice cream cakes are allowed.

Do you clean your playground daily?
Cleanliness is very important to us.  We have daily cleaning procedures in place for the entire playground and use non-toxic cleaning products.  However, if you or your child are sick, we ask that you refrain from entering our playground for the safety of others.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the playground or party rooms?
Outside food or drinks are not permitted.  To help us maintain a clean environment, we ask that you do not bring food or drinks.  However, we do have snacks and beverages available for purchase, which can be enjoyed throughout the playground.

Are socks required?
Everyone, including adults, are required to have socks in the toddler play area and in the main play structure.

Are socks available for purchase?
Yes.  If you happen to forget socks, you can purchase a new pair for $3 (+ tax).

What sort of snacks and beverages do you have?
We offer coffee/Nespresso products, as well as plastic bottled drinks such as soft drinks, water and juices.  For snacks, we have pre-packaged options such as chips, applesauce, crackers and cookies.

Do you have wifi and lounge areas for parents?
Yes, we do.  It’s just as important to us that you enjoy coming to our playground as much as your kids do!

Do you sell alcohol?
Yes.  We offer a variety of domestic and craft beers, as well as hard seltzers, wines and bubbles.

Is the playground ADA accessible?
Yes.

Do I have to sign a waiver upon entering?
Yes.  All parents/guardians over 18 years of age are required to sign a release waiver for each child.

Can I drop my kid off and shop?
No, we do not offer drop off services at this time.  We encourage parents to get in and play with their kids!

What if I want to leave and come back, will I be charged for readmission?
No.  Admission is good for re-entry all day!

Do you have an area for toddlers?
Yes, we have a secure enclosed play area with soft foam play elements, as well as activity boards for the kids under 2 years old.  These little ones are welcome to play in the mini city and other play areas as well!

Can I have a private party?
Absolutely!  We can accommodate private parties on Sundays from 10am-12pm or Monday-Friday from 7pm-9pm.  The cost is $150 + the party package cost.  If you have another time in mind, feel free to contact us directly and we will see what we can do!

Do you offer group rates for churches, schools, after school programs, etc?
We love having our schools, churches and other groups come to play!  The rate is $9/child + tax for 3 years and up.  We can even open a little early just for your group to have some play time before our regular admission hours start.  Email or call to get your date scheduled!

How do you handle donation requests?
We feel strongly about giving back to the communities that support us!  We give donations that best align with our priorities of schools/educational programs, supporting a healthy lifestyle of fitness and fun and supporting children and families in need.  Please note that we receive many requests and want to respond positively to as many as possible, but please understand that our donation funds are limited.  Feel free to call or email with any questions.
